Latency budgets, barge-in, vocabulary biasing and honest weekly metrics.
Multi-tenant SaaS decisions
The isolation, billing and observability choices you cannot reverse later.
Why ERP fails in month four
Data profiling, parallel running and the three questions that decide the project.
Dashboards for one site or four hundred
Definitions, pipelines, alerts and the eight o'clock screen.
Build vs buy, honestly
The four conditions that justify custom software — and when we say don't.
The questions every evaluation asks
How fast can we be live?
A working prototype in two weeks. Single-site voice or dashboards in four to six. Full ERP in four to nine months, phased.
Do we own what you build?
Yes — source in your repository, infrastructure as code in your account, documentation for whoever inherits it.
What does it cost?
Ranges with written assumptions, never a single teaser figure. Maintenance budgeted upfront at 15–20% of build cost per year.
Will it work with our systems?
That is the design constraint. Accounting, payroll, PMS, EMR, POS and calendars stay where they are.
Is our data safe?
Role-based access enforced server-side, audit on every change, regional residency options, retention set by your policy.
What if it goes wrong?
Every rollout keeps a rollback path open until the first clean period close, and a named engineer answers the escalation line.
Need something we have not written yet?
Ask. If the answer is useful to more than one client, we will write the guide.
